Interim Management

Safeguarding continuity by filling a management position temporarily. Upgrading the professionalism of a department. Bringing structure to a seemingly chaotic situation. Boosting management capacity temporarily because that is what the client demands. In all these situations, an interim approach is often the most obvious course of action. And it is perfectly possible to combine an Interim Management assignment with Project Management and/or Organisational Development.

Listening closely, being quick to grasp the essence, putting a structure in place and then rolling up my sleeves –that’s how I work, and I’m good at my work. I’m a temporary presence who leaves a lasting impression.
